- Annual filing — $3.75/month per state. For minimal-volume states with annual filing requirements.
- Quarterly filing — $15/month per state. The most common cadence; includes return preparation and filing.
- Monthly filing — $45/month per state. For high-volume sellers needing monthly compliance.
- Multi-state management — $99/month for up to 5 states with mixed filing frequencies, nexus determination, and registration help.
Payroll Services — From $10/month
- Full Service Payroll — $45/month base. Choice of Gusto or ADP, automated processing, tax filings & payments, employee self-service portal, direct deposit, and HR support. Payroll subscription billed separately by provider.
- One-Time Payroll Setup — $50 flat. Platform setup, chart of accounts integration, tax ID help, employee data import, and training.
- Payroll Bookkeeping Only — $10/month. We track payroll entries while you handle the actual payroll runs.

Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Monthly plans have no contract and can be cancelled at any time. We'll provide a full export of your financial records when you leave—your data is always yours.
